Orders are generally shipped within a maximum of 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

In case of unavailability of product after placing the order, the customer will be informed of items out. The Customer can then elect to cancel or change the order.
You must verify the completeness and conformity of the information that you provide to us when ordering, especially for the delivery address. We do not assume responsible for any data entry errors and the consequences (eg delays or delivery errors). In this context, the costs for re-shipment of the order will be at your charge (5 euros). The Customer must check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the product delivered and to issue if necessary, on the delivery of the carrier. Silver-bijoux does not take responsibility to exchanges or refund the products.
The postman must present the package at least once, and in case of abscence, he must give you a notice of passage. Sometimes postmen are failing, so it is your responsibility to get in touch with the post office when the delay predicted in these conditions is out of date.
Silver-bijoux reject any responsibility for the package is not claim. If the package is returned to us, a fee will be charged for re-shippment.
Silver-Bijoux reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or an order from a customer who has not fully paid or settled a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is currently being administration.
The products remain the property of Silver-Bijoux until full payment of the order. Once paid, the items are the property of the Customer. So, he have to contact Post office if he meet problem or delay in the delivery process. The return postage (IASP, unclaimed, refused, incomplete address) will be charged to the customer.
If the item did not meet the expectations of the client, he could retract within 14 days after date of receipt of the order (date of postmark). The customer must then return the entire contents of the package, including packaging. The costs of shipments are charged to the customer and the goods will be refunded when we have received and verified that the products have not been damaged.
The products we offer are in compliance with legislation and standards in Europe. For import purchase outside the EC, you should check the specific legislation in effect in the country concerned, whether for taxes, declarations or prohibitions. Our responsibility will not be engaged in case of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered, it is your responsibility to check with local authorities the possibilities of importation or use of the products and, where applicable, it is your responsibility to pay the customs fees and import taxes.
